My Dear Father,
It has been a while since we have sat down together to discuss the affairs of the organization. I have found myself procrastinating and my first request is for the grace to redeem the gift of time wisely.
This is the beginning of a new year and the organization needs order and structure to solidify our position in the marketplace.
Staff retention has been amazing as we have managed to transition into 2022 with no loss of staff and a potential pipeline of work that will keep us busy for quite a while.
We can only give you all the thanks for your favour and providence during what has been an interesting couple of years as most organizations have adapted to the COVID 19 factor in terms of minimizing its impact on their going concern
One thing the pandemic has reinforced is the brevity of life and how as an organization, we should treat our employees. The working from home framework has been a positive contributor to work-life balance.
As a result, some of our buildings will now be made redundant as we gear towards a hybrid office structure.
As we make changes in the way we relate to our customers in terms of presence, give us the insight on how to keep providing an optimum product/service offering
A recent development is the geopolitical impact of the current conflict between Ukraine and Russia and the desperate plea for peace to reign in the affected regions
The only peace that provides a permanent solution is the one that comes from you O Lord – so let the peace that transcends all understanding manifest in Russia, Ukraine, and the World in the name of your loving son Jesus
Until the next board meeting, Bless us, shine your face upon us, be gracious to us, go ahead of us and grant us favour and peace
Yours CEO
