My Father, I come into your presence because the entrance of your Word brings light and clarity to all situations. We are living at a time where there has been an acceleration in the rate and persecution of individuals and communities, and we seek divine intervention to eliminate this present darkness.
Just like the servants were instructed to occupy and make use of the resources given to them until the master comes back; I strongly believe that our organisation also has a mandate to occupy by building frameworks of peace and equitable sustainability. May this continue to be the catalyst for development for our organisation until Jesus comes.
Empower us as an organisation with insight and innovative skills to promote the kind of peace that Jesus gave us which ensures that our hearts will not be troubled.
May our core values and programs be built on a framework of good news, freedom, recovery and restoration that promotes peace and equity
Give us the understanding to manage the different categories of stakeholders which range from government leaders to community levels. These all present different level of risk and we ask for your hedge of protection around our resources and operations as we engage in the different level of activities.
The current state of our economy has the potential to restrict the level of funding, so we continue to pray for the abundance of your provision to sustain our organisation for the present and the future.
We recognise as an organisation the importance of our human capital and we understand their commitment to family. May we continue to provide the pastoral and financial support that they need regardless the state of the economy.
Thank you, Lord, for all that you do and all that you will do and until the next board meeting - keep us safe
Yours – CEO
